The ZOO YORK 2010 YEAR IN REVIEW continues today with a look back at a few highlights from October. It was a big month with Dew Tour wins, a deck added to the Queens museum and a Canadian Z.Y. pro!

The fourth annual Harold Hunter Day popped off early in the month.

Westgate got interviewed about Stay Gold in Transworld.

Chaz won the entire 2010 Dew Tour in Vegas!

Z.Y. Field Agent, Kevin Tierney got a Who’s Hot in Skateboarder.

Master Rodney’s pro model was inducted into the permanent collection at the Queens Museum.

We introduced our International Squad with our first INTL pro, Andrew McGraw.

Westgate started the month off strong with a whooping 12 page interview in Thrasher.

Chaz took 2nd at the Cali Street League and 1st at the Salt lake City Dew Tour.

Suski and Brandon absolutely killed it in Stay Gold and we dropped their Emerica collab decks in honor of that.

We also dropped the Cronan Pro Series featuring epic pictures of the city shot by Z.Y. photographer, Sean Cronan. Read our interview with Cronan here.

Chaz had a Street League Bangin on The Berrics.

In honor of Z.Y. Official, Chaz Ortiz turning pro, Gatorade released a limited edition Chaz bottle.

Ron dropped some sick unused footage.

We worked with NYC photographer, Jay Maldonado to release the Locals Only Pro series. Jay’s photos combined with Z.Y. Art Director Brian Mackin’s design resulted in a unique series that captured the raw feel of the NYC streets. Check our interview with Jay here.

In March, a new blog installment was born. The Cronan Files showcased the skill of Z.Y. photographer, Sean Cronan and gave viewers a behind-the-scenes-look at how the crew gets down.

The Officials continued to hold it down in print. A few examples are Zered in The Skateboard Mag and Brandon in Thrasher.

Zered showed you how to switch tre on The Berrics.

And Ron showed you how to back 360 with Transworld.

The ZOO YORK 2010 YEAR IN REVIEW continues with a look at a few February highlights.

Eli kept the big things rolling in February with a switch lip on the cover of The Skateboard Mag and his first pro interview.

Eli also had an online interview with FuelTV.

Zered and Brandon appeared on the Captain and Casey show.

Zered and other Z.Y. Officials repped the “right” coast in the Skatebook’s East Coast article.

Z.Y. Field Agent, Dave Willis went in with a two page spread in Skateboarder.

Zered and Eli were featured in HBO’s, The Get By, discussing making it in NYC.

To put it plainly, the ZOO YORK Family killed it in 2010 on all fronts. In honor of the squad holding it down so hard, we will be reviewing highlights from the past year for the next two weeks. Check out January highlights below in the ZOO YORK 2010 YEAR IN REVIEW.

2010 couldn’t have started in a bigger way for Eli Reed than a billboard close to Times Square in NYC.

Throughout the entire year, the Z.Y. Officials could be found holding it down in all your favorite skateboard mags. One example is FORE’s switch wall ride in the January issue of Skateboarder.

Chaz held it down online in January with a Bangin on The Berrics.

Red Bull and ZOO hosted a Zered Bassett photo show featuring his photos from Cuba. Check the video here.

The Hell’s Kitchen Bunch Pro Series by Morning Breath dropped and was quickly scooped up by skate shops worldwide.
