The Berrics says: “
Trickipedia is not a Trick Tips section, but that doesn’t mean you aren’t going to learn. Trickipedia is the general education page for skateboarding tricks started by the Berrics so that future generations understand the difference between frontside and backside and that there is no such thing as switch nollie half cabs. Each week one of skateboarding’s best will help fill Trickipedia’s pages until it is the most comprehensive reference work on the planet. This week Eli Reed adds Backside Lipslides to the mix.”

Designer J. Namdev Hardisty and his team from The Midwest Visual Agency partnered with Mark Batty Publisher to release a sick new hardcover book of skateboard graphics. Pretty much every brand is featured, with a healthy 8-page section on Zoo York that shows a range of artwork from our extended family of artists, designers and photographers. At 144 pages long, the new collectible book boasts over 400 graphics as well as artist interviews and brand retrospectives. This is definitely a book you’ll want to add to your collection. Pick up a copy here, and for more info check out the official site of “New Skateboard Graphics.”
Our bro Nate Sherwood linked up with Donny Barley recently for an interview on Skateboard.com. Check it out.
Fuel TV is in NYC this week shooting a special New York edition of their hit show “The Daily Habit.” The Fuel crew stopped by Zoo York today for a sit down with Dr. Z who showed them his new signature pieces from The Institute Line which drops this Fall. They also enjoyed an inside look at ZY HQ, including a stop in our art department where they got a sneak peek at our soon-to-release graffiti board series by Gorey. From there we hit the streets and Zered brought us to three of his favorite pizza joints-Joe’s, Rosario’s and Artichoke-where we met up with Eli Reed and Ron Deily. Which spot had the best slice, you ask? Artichoke, by a mile. Big thanks to Jordan, Jeff and Patrick from Fuel TV. Catch the NYC edition of “The Daily Habit” the week of April 13th. For more info, visit fuel.tv.
