On Saturday, May 3rd, the KCDC Skate Clinic will kick off at 10am. Open to male and female skaters of all abilities between the ages of 8-18, local NYC skaters and Zoo York pros will instruct participants on mini ramp and street skating fundamentals. The Skate Clinic will run every Saturday throughout the month of May (3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st) from 10AM-Noon at KCDC Skateshop located at 90 North 11th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. On Saturday, May 10th, the Zoo Crew will hop in the team van and blaze through the Lincoln Tunnel to northwest New Jersey where they’ll hold a team signing from 4:00–6:00 PM at Zumiez in the Rockaway Townsquare Mall.
For the first time in a long time, Zoo’s ENTIRE skateboarding team will be in attendance including ZY Officials Zered Bassett, Aaron Suski, Donny Barley, Forrest Kirby, Kevin Taylor, Brandon Westgate, Anthony Shetler, Ron Deily, Lamare Hemmings, Matt Miller, and new recruit, Eli Reed.
The town of Rockaway has been buzzing about this event for weeks, so get there early to guarantee yourself some face-time with the Zoo Crew, and also for your chance to win a grip of ZY gear!
